GROOMING CARE It's best to start brushing the dog at an early age, but do not be discouraged if you have an older animal. It is possible to train a pet to enjoy grooming. Start slowly, but be sure to use treats and plenty of praise to make the experience fun for both you and your pet! |

Grading at Midwest School of Pet Grooming

School Grading PoliciesGrading on all practical exercises and exams will be PASS-FAIL. Injuring an animal is an automatic failing grade on that specific exercise. Injuring an animal a second time will be an automatic failure, plus the student will be put on probation. A third injury will qualify the student for suspension or explusion. All occurrences will be reviewed and considerations may be made depending on severity and intent. |
